2. Qifeng Preserved Products
Dongguan preserved products have always been known far and wide for their excellence in color, fragrance, flavor and appearance. Qifeng Preserved Products is an old and well-known brand. Dongguan special products are made by Qifeng Preserved Products Factory, a subsidiary of Dongguan City Foods Products Com., Ltd. 3. Dongguan Lichee

4. Baisha Preserved Duck
Known as the king of preserved products and gaining its name from the Baisha Village of Humen, Baisha Preserved Duck is a famous traditional agricultural product brand of Humen with over 150 years of history. These preserved products have been exported to Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and other regions and have broad market prospects. It has been selected by Dongguan as a famous & high-quality product to attend the China Agriculture Fair in 1996 and 1997.

5. Machong Banana
Dongguan banana called “Nice Fruit of South China” is always well-known for its excellent color, flavour and taste. In 1998 the “Guanxiang Brand” banana was awarded the reputation of “China Famous Fruit” at the National Famous Special and Quality Fruits Fair and passed the re-evaluation successfully in 2001. The producing areas are mainly distributed in Machong Town, Shatian Town, Hongmei Town, Wangniudun Town, and other lake, river and seaside areas.

6. Maltose and Sugared Pomelo Peel of Shilong Town
The maltose and sugared pamelo peel of Shilong Town have enjoyed folk prestige for many years. Nowadays the Liquanhe Foods Co. Ltd at the West of Shipai Boulevard, Dongguan is the only one in Dongguan that makes maltoses and sugared Pomelo peels. With a history of over 100 years the traditional brand sugared Pomelo peel “Li Quan He” is well-known in South Guangdong Province and Southeast Asia from the period beginning with the establishment of the PRC to the early the 1980s.

7. Wanjiang Yuba
Wanjiang yuba is one of the traditional food products in Dongguan and is famous both home and abroad. It is one of the best vegetarian dishes of Buddhist nunnery, Buddhist temples, and Daoist Temples as well as a traditional food additive of the general public. With a history of over 1,500 years the Wanjiang yuba began in Yongtai Village, Wanjiang and then in the New Village. After the establishment of the PRC they spread to Xicun Village, Boxia Village, and Shuishechong Village in Guancheng District.
